Authorized users may access more than 30 permissions to effectively process, manage and administer the application. Payroll Checks and Direct Deposit Documents may then be distributed via local printers, secure remote printing or Paperless Pay via secure e-mail, with encryption or a streamlined interface for ERP self-service systems.
Document Express maintains a document history of all printed/distributed checks for controlled reprinting, document history review and reporting, and non-negotiable copies. An embedded Archive Tool saves document history to another account for convenient check history inquires and data storage.

Line Item Maintenance Module

The Line Item Maintenance Module reformats payroll information, providing a more detailed pay stub to your employees.
• Reorder ERP pay codes and deductions for display on pay stub
• Lengthen pay code and deduction description names
• Expand listing of pay codes and deductions without grouping in “other” category
• Segregate Pre-Tax and Post-Tax deductions
• Suppress designated codes from printing on the pay stub

Master Account Manager Module
The Master Account Manager Module allows Document Express to receive one output file from your ERP system to ultimately manage multiple entities, banks, signatures and printers. Your organization will be able to adapt the Master Account Manager to include new entities and accommodate other changes.
