The Document Express e-Pay™ module enables Payroll departments to e-mail direct deposit advices to employees rather than printing and distributing paper copies.

e-Pay automatically generates each direct deposit advice as a PDF or a password-protected PDF and sends it to an employee’s home or work e-mail address, which can automatically be retrieved from your Payroll / HR system. The body of the e-mail, subject line, and sender’s e-mail address are all adjustable via the e-Pay module’s native controls.

Upon receipt, the employee can open the document using a free Adobe Acrobat™ Reader and his or her unique password, and print or save it to a disk.
