In the event of a disaster, MHC will begin processing your documents
within 16 hours of receiving your data files. We will provide all
equipment and labor for the document processing, including as many
runs as necessary during the first 30 days following the disaster.
Pricing for document runs required 30 days after the disaster will
be handled on a per-piece basis.
MHC’s Software and Facilities
• MHC will serve as a Hot Site for document
processing and distribution.
• MHC maintains a “live,” or “hot,”
backup copy of your Document Express Application at our Burnsville,
MN location.
• MHC inventories an adequate supply of your custom document
stock in our Burnsville, MN warehouse to process a predetermined
number of document runs.
• MHC owns equipment including: computers, high speed laser
printers and sealing equipment to process your output in the event
of a disaster.
• MHC maintains modem lines, FTP capability, a T1 Line, and
Internet access to provide multiple means of data transmission in
the event of a disaster.
• MHC employs a talented team of professionals with experience
in hardware, software, workflow, and document distribution. Our
experienced Business Recovery Team assures that document runs are
completed accurately and within required timeframes.
